- United States: Parcels will be shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS), UPS Mail Innovations.
- Canada: Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post
Note: Current shipping delivery USPS, UPS and Canada Post estimates are, on average, 2-9 business days and with staff shortages, it could take longer. Thank you for your patience with these shipping carriers.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please email us at MYOCosmeticCases@gmail.com if you are interested in ordering our product and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Ordering and Payment Method
Online payments on our website can be made through Shopify using specified credit cards or PayPal.
Using PayPal for Payment
PayPal gives you the option to pay by either registering your credit card or linking your bank account to your PayPal account. Simply choose PayPal when you select a payment option at checkout on our website, then log into your PayPal account and confirm your payment. PayPal will complete the process for you, without sharing your financial details with merchants and sellers.
Orders will be shipped within a week of receiving payment and delivery information. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Be advised that processing time does not include transit time.
- Canadian orders: Once your order has shipped, Canada Post will automatically send a tracking number to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
- United States orders: We ship our U.S. orders on a weekly basis. Once your order has shipped, USPS will automatically send a tracking number to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

We guarantee the quality of our products and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safe and sound. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please email us at email@example.com immediately so we can take care of it right away. If something has been damaged in transit, we may require you to send a photo to us or return the item. We do not offer refunds after 30 days or for miss-ordered products.
